Chris built the management systems in place by Thomas Real Estate today through firsthand experience with management strategies, corporate relationship building, real estate development, and multi-family property management.  TRED’s standard for excellence in real estate development, sales, and property management is Chris’s own.

Annie provides marketing, strategy and operational insight. Annie’s expertise comes from over 18 years as a real estate development marketing consultant in residential rental and upscale communities, the nonprofit sector, and projects in the service industry and industrial sector.
